Submit your nonrefundable deposit of $400.00 (to be refunded only if a puppy of your selected color or sex is not born). The balance must be paid when the puppies are 3 weeks old or your deposit will be forfitted and your pick will be lost. If the puppy must be shipped the buyer is responsible for shipping charges and that includes health certificate, insurance, crate, crate mat, transport to the airport, aircargo transport fees. All of that combined is now running about 375.00. Shipping must be prepaid before the pups are 5 weeks old. If for some reason the shipping is less the over payment will be refunded. When I have the departure, arrival times, and the shipping number I will give that information to you before the puppy is shipped.

Normal replacement guarantee with pup
Should this pup develope a hereditary physical problem that prohibits it from hunting within 28 months of life; one replacement pup from a comperable litter will be provided after the puppy is returned. If it is determined a replacement pup is in order and the replacement pup costs more than the dog you originally purchased then you must pay the difference in the price. If you choose to keep the puppy then 400.00 or 1/2 of the puppy purchase price which ever is less will be returned to you. Any expenses for the puppy's return or vet bills prior to return will be the puppy buyers responsibility. We must be notified before any action is taken should a problem be found. Documentation must be provided from a qualified veterinarian to substantiate it is a hereditary issue that will prevent the puppy from hunting   prior to puppy replacement and if you choose to keep the dog documenation must be provided to show that the dog has been spay or neutered and the registration papers returned to us. In some instances a 2nd opinion from another qualified veterinarian may be provided. To be covered under this guarantee the dog must carry the High Voltage or Highvoltage prefix in it's name. If it appears a problem was caused by poor treatment, nutrition, or improper care of any kind the guarantee will not be honored.

Only an OFA will be honored on hips and if a problem appears to be present a 2nd opinion by our vet is required. The dog must be certified to be displastic by OFA and a copy of that certification must be provided before we can take any action. We must be contacted before any action is taken to correct the problem or we will not honor the guarantee. The guarantee will only be honored for the original purchaser.

All pups are sold without breeding rights. Special considerations can be discussed. The limited will not be lifted unless you have obtained a minimum of a senior leg, field trial accomplishments and OFA clearances on hips and eyes, again special considerations can be discussed. With non-breeding rights as in the limited registration the dog is entirely yours and fully registered and you can compete in performance events but you cannot breed without a signed document from me lifting the limited but once it is lifted it is perminant. The reason for this is to keep my puppies out of the hands of puppy mills.

Should you find you do not want your puppy or unable to keep your puppy we have the first right of refusal. Any and all of my puppy's are welcome back here at any time where we will do the best we can to find a suitable home for that puppy or dog.

A co-own can also be arranged to allow you to continue to show the dog without breeding rights. Terms of release of co-own can be discussed.

-You agree to give the puppy proper nutrition, medical care including regular worming/shots/heartworm control, attention, training, and housing.

-You agree to keep the puppy in a fenced yard or kennel and will not keep it on a chain.
If these items are not met then the puppy must be returned to the breeder for placement in a better environment and you give the American Kennel club your approval to transfer the puppy back into the breeders name to complete a proper transfer back to the breeder. Standard hunt test or field trial training is acceptable.
